Mr. Ken was great to work with and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Walked in and inquired about a vehicle and sat down with Ken and he got me the best deal he could. Upon purchasing my car, Ken noted that the drivers side seat was having issues with the seat adjusters, we planned a day for me to drop it off and he had it ready within the hour!

I can't say enough good things about my buying experience with Austin Texas Cars and Trucks, especially in relation to Ken Roberts. There was an issue with the vehicle to where it wouldn't pass inspection. To say that Ken went above and beyond to remedy the issue is an understatement. Ken is incredible. He is the opposite of everything I experienced in other dealerships - they always add hidden fees, he doesn't. They fight any request for changes or fixes, he agrees to whatever is needed. Add his friendly and kind attitude - and you get the best possible car purchase experience. If you are lucky enough to find a car that you like in his inventory, go for it with zero hesitation.

Great experience! My wife and I cannot overstate how well our experience with Mr. Ken was. We were able to schedule a time to test drive the car we saw online and they had the keys ready for us on time and were VERY helpful with any questions we had! Working with us to get the vehicle financed was quick and painless, even chatting and getting to know their customers better while we waited for documents to load. We felt cared for and knew we were getting a great deal from even better people. My wife and I would gladly purchase another vehicle from Mr. Ken in the future! Thank y’all for helping a couple of educators!
